About me
I’ve sat in your chair.
In 2003, my husband Steve and I started our own HVAC business, and we’re still running it today. More than twenty years in, I know what it takes to keep a small business going through the busy seasons, the slow ones, and everything in between.
Everything I coach comes from that lived experience. I’m not here to hand you a binder of theory. I’m here to help you see your business clearly, decide what to tackle first, and keep moving.
My own business is built on one belief: small things matter. A clear job description. A policy written down before you need it. A thank-you note. They add up.

How I work
Shoot, aim, shoot.
“The best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.” — attributed to Teddy Roosevelt
Action over perfection
We don’t wait for the perfect plan. We take a step, see what happens, adjust, and take the next one.
You talk, I listen
I'll encourage you to do about 80% of the talking. You know your business best. My job is to ask the right questions.
You do the work, I guide
I won’t take over your business. I’ll help you build the skills and systems so it runs better long after we implement them.
Write it down
Clear roles, written policies, and set expectations take the emotion out of hard conversations.
One or two things at a time
You leave each call with one or two action items, not twenty. That’s how things actually get done.
Business is personal
Community presence, branding, and marketing that fit you. Those things matter too.
